CONFLICT MINERALS STATEMENT

Euro-Tech are aware of the U.S. Congress HR 4173, where it includes the section 1502-Conflict Minerals.

There is an awareness of human rights violations in the mining of Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten & Gold from the "Conflict Region" in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries.

Euro-Tech ensures, to the best of our knowledge, we are not distributing any products that contain "Conflict Minerals" or which use "Conflict Minerals" in the manufacturing processes.

We strive to check the ongoing SEC developments in this and we will help our customers comply with reporting requirements, where this applies.
